Congrats. Way to clinch it in style, too, with a walk-off.
The whole family stayed up last night to watch (except the baby) and we went nuts when Bruce hit the home run. I wouldn’t be surprised if we woke up the whole neighborhood.
Maybe Griffey should have stuck around with the Reds as a pinch hitter – he never did win a league pennant. Too bad
Lifelong Cards fan here but I sincerely wish you and my other Reds fans a very happy and LONG playoff run. Considering so many of your players and management are former Cards, it should be easier to wish you well. LOL.
